The highlight of our stay at Nu House Boutique was the exceptional service we received from the night staff. After a long day of traveling, we arrived late and hungry. The night clerk, Javier, went above and beyond by sharing his own dinner with us. It was a touching gesture that made us feel incredibly grateful and cemented our preference for this hotel. The modern and well-furnished rooms, complete with amenities like AC and mini fridges, added to our pleasant experience. The daily breakfast, with its variety of options, was a great way to start our day. I highly recommend Nu House Boutique for its amazing staff and comfortable accommodations.

The location was perfect, right on a popular square with cafes, bars, and discos all around. We had a top floor suite which was spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Bed was very firm (hard). The toilet room always had a strong sewer smell.

Very fine staff. Bell hop was specially helpful with small problem with room safe.
The location is unpleasant. Too much noise, touristy patio bars.We knew when booking that it was a lively location, but didn't realize that this meant it would be like a flashy, cheap Las Vegas strip.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the center of the action was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It was in a trendy tourist area and felt very safe, even when I ventured out to nearby neighborhoods. The main Square was just a stone's throw away, making it easy for me to explore the city.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-kept. It is located in a very safe, "active" part of Quito. The staff was friendly and very attentive and helpful at all times. The breakfast was fantastic!
1) The area around the hotel has a very active nightlife. Street noise is a huge problem, probably depending on the night(s) you stay, and the direction your room faces. 2) Both nights we stayed, there was a definite unpleasant odor emanating from our bathroom, not present during the day. We wondered if maybe the bathroom activity in the lower floors or in the restaurant/bar, may have caused this.

The hotel's location is great, located near many restaurants and bars. It's also close to the city center and tourist attractions. The staff was accommodating, and they spoke English well. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cannot find any fault.

Plaza Foch is extremely noisy area, with music from the clubs blaring until well into the wee hours of the morning. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms very comfortable and well-equipped. But bring earplugs!

Great location in the heart of Quito, surrounded by restaurants, bars and clubs, walking distance to the old town and access to day trips to surrounding cloud forest, nature reserves, volcanoes and indigenous villages. The suits are very plush and affordable for a city hotel. Friendly staff.
The noise of the disco across the road, combined with the noise of the central elevator combined to make a good night's sleep hard to come by.

The room was spacious and clean, and the furnishings were modern. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering us tips on nearby restaurants and attractions. the breakfast had a good variety of options and included fresh fruit and eggs. the location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The noise level at night was unbearable, even with the windows closed. We were disturbed by loud music and shouting until the early hours of the morning.

We are very disappointed about this hotel . When we checked in they pre authorized our card for 152.25 usd . The price on Booked.net was 85 usd + taxes . When we checked out they charged us again 116.42 usd so they took a total of 268.67 usd from our card . I do not know if they will refund the 152.25 pre authorization hold but fact is that now 4 days after we can not access the funds as they are on hold on our online banking .Beware of this practice of this hotel cos you will not be able to access your funds and if you are on a budget it may be very unpleasant .

The breakfast was good, with many options to choose from. The hotel was situated in a vibrant and lively area, with lots of entertainment options nearby. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The noise level was extremely high and made it difficult to sleep at night. Even with earplugs provided by the hotel, the loud music from the surrounding clubs and bars was still bothersome.
